Set the scene…
There are so many choices you can make when deciding on themes and decorations, do you want it to be intimate and cosy, the party bash of the year or incorporate an end of year awards ceremony? Understanding what you want will help you choose the best venue and package. Every year we create a Christmas party theme, so you can focus on the important parts like food and drink. This year we’re thrilled to have launch our STAR Christmas theme, which has been designed for both intimate celebrations to grand scale entertaining and promises to bring the STAR theme to life.
Like a bowlful of jelly…
Food could possibly be the most important part of your Christmas party, which is why you can’t let it slip! We work with our in-house catering partner, KUDOS, to deliver award-winning food and most importantly those mouth-watering tastes, served via a seated meal, bowl food or standing buffet.
What about the drink?… well we’re glad you asked! Here at The Mermaid London, our STAR package offers unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks and a sparking reception. We’d also recommend you ask us about drink package upgrades, you may want to add Champagne and spirits to you evening, remember the decision is yours!
Don’t forget the trimmings…
You want your guests to talk about this party for years to come, so pull out all the stops! Adding exciting and unforgettable entertainment could be the star on top of the tree. It’s best to find out what’s already included in your package, as you may not need to splash out. We include a DJ and disco, theming and background music… we only ask that you don’t put Slade or Mistletoe and Wine on repeat!
You can also arrange a meeting with the venue’s events team to discuss your vision. They know the capabilities of the venue and can suggest the best way to make your ideas come to life, this could be adding something extra like interactive games, casino tables, a magician or even a bespoke lighting display that adds the WOW factor.
